I have to admit, it is intimidating to buy a house. It’s easy to do a search online and make a list of houses you would like to see, but a good Realtor will patiently walk you through the process, understanding your needs and wants, and be there for you to the end. Brian has been a godsend for us. He helped us out by first showing us all the homes we were interested in, even though he wasn’t the listing agent. He broadened his scope just to accommodate our choices. It was because of that, we found the home that ticked all the boxes of the ‘wants’ and ‘needs’ that we were looking for. He then walked us through the paperwork maze, even though we weren’t in the same state at the time, and kept us well informed of the progress of the sale. When inspections needed to be done, he helped. When a survey was asked for, he arranged it for us. When amendments needed to be made to the sales contract, he suggested it. He looked out for our best interest, and handled everything in a very professional manner. Now that I have told you the good points of our experience, let me relate the BEST part of it. Brian is a very down-to-earth person, with a kind personality and a good sense of humor. His smile will put you at ease, and his experience in the field will generate confidence in decision making. We were so pleased with the sale and all the aspects covered, that we recommended Brian to a family member who was also looking for a home nearby. I can't recommend Brian enough for multiple reasons; The first being he's always available and responds very quickly all the time. The second is he is the hardest negotiator around. More than once I agreed to something relative to our negations and he came back with a better deal than I agreed to. He really went to work for me. I would also note he negotiated in a way that everyone felt they benefited in the end, he came up with creative solutions for problems that arose. Anyone is doing themself an injustice if they don't hire Brian.

 

We have worked with Brian to help us find two short-term rental properties over the last two years. He's very knowledgeable about the local temperature and which areas are best to invest in. He's very aware of which HOA's are open to rentals and those that are not. Helped us through each step of the purchasing process and continues to be a great resource post-purchase.
